Questions about Registration

Where can I find my access data? 
These will be sent to you in advance in the e-mail from Digibiz24 or from us by e-mail. If you have already participated in a THEKI online seminar, you will use the same access data. 
Where can I request my access data?
On the login page you can reset your password by clicking on "Forgotten password". 
Why haven't I received an account yet? 
Your access data will be sent to you directly after your purchase (and payment) from Digibiz24. If you have not received anything, please check your spam folder.

Technical Issues 

Why don't the videos work for me or are they jerky? 
Please reload the page or use a different browser. It's best to watch the videos on a desktop PC or tablet. You can also set the quality of the videos to 360p. Or you can download the free Digibiz app (Download via Google Play or Appstore).
Where can I find the manual for download?
On the homepage (desktop) of your seminar, at the bottom, you will find a PDF file for download. As well as in your Digibiz App in the section with the title 'Welcome' - scroll down to the very bottom and immediately under the welcome text you will find them. 
Can I download the meditations (MP3's)?
Yes, by right-clicking on the mp3 link and saving the destination as.
Why don't I see a video in the lesson? 
In some lessons there is only an audio file (meditation as MP3). This is then additionally written in the text of the lesson. 
Why is my video jerky? 
If your internet connection is weak or unstable, videos will not play properly. It is best to work on a desktop PC with a stable internet connection. You can set the quality of the videos to 360p. 
Can I download all the meditations (MP3s) at once?
Yes, on the entry page of your seminar (desktop), at the bottom, you will find a ZIP archive for download. As well as in your Digibiz App in the section with the title 'Welcome' - scroll down to the very bottom and immediately under the welcome text you will find them. 
Why can't I see/open lessons? 
If you have already opened a lesson, you will find a plus sign in the right column to open the sub- lessons. On mobile devices, this may be under your video. 
Can I download the seminar videos? 
No, the seminar videos can only be played and viewed in the respective lessons. A download is not possible and illegal. 
Can I extend my access to the seminar? 
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The respective seminar is closed for all participants at the same time. In exceptional cases, we extend seminars for all participants. 
How can I use the app for the seminar? 
You can download the free Digibiz app for your seminar (Google Play or Appstore). It is suitable for mobile phones and tablets. To register, enter the same email address you used when booking your seminar. The password for the login will then be sent to you by email.
Can I view a lesson again?
Even if you have already completed a lesson, you can review it and work with it again. 
Can I extend my access to the seminar? 
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The respective seminar is closed for all participants at the same time. In exceptional cases, we extend seminars for all participants. 

Access to Telegram 

How do I join the Telegram group THEKI World Lights?
Install Telegram on your computer, tablet or smartphone: https://telegram.org/?setln=en
Then click on the link to the THEKI World Lights group that you received with your confirmation. Alternatively, you can find the link in your online seminar, right column. When the group is displayed, you can click on "Join" and you are in. 

If this does not work, please send us the exact problem, preferably as screenshot.
